  Prepaid Service Account (PSA)

Prepaid service accounts allow you to prepay for your current or future technology needs and receive bonus.  When you purchase one of our prepaid services you will be saving up to 35%.  Also when calling for support you become one of our premier support clients.

Example of application:
  • Project that you want to work on and need a computer tech
  • Need some help thru out the year but have a non technical family member in another state
  • Need training on your technology or just need the piece of mind knowing someone is there
  • Want to purchase multiple items of service i.e. hosting and a few hours of tech support

HOW TO USE: Call us and request for a new service giving the service manager all the information you can about your problem.  Schedule the date and time you would like to receive service if its onsite or remote tech support.  For the other services a specialist with in those departments will contact you and process your request.

Terms and Conditions:

The prepaid service account balance expires one year after purchase.  PSA’s cannot be “refilled”, however if the client purchases a new PSA the remaining balance from the old one will transfer, and the new PSA will have a full one year period of validity. An organization or individual will have only 1 PSA at a time.  Services purchased with the PSA credit is debited from the balance at regular retail from when the PSA was purchased. There is no refund for PSA purchases after 30 days.  Refunds are granted within the 30 days of purchase for the amount paid, forfeiting any bonus amount, debiting services consumed at retail price, and subtracting a 5% administration fee. Purchasing these services bounds you to its terms and conditions. The PSA Service can’t be bundled with any other package or used for hardware/software purchases or any other service not listed.

* All hourly rates are billed at minimum one hour and billed a quarter hour there after.

** Invoices must be paid before service can be rendered.
