PC Support Account Manager

Job Description:

The Account Manager is responsible for signing up new contracts and companies in the areas serviceable by the company. 

Responsibilities:

  • Find new leads and process them

  • Support techs and clients to ensure successful service

  • Develop documentation to teach staff on how to service new clients

  • Assist with marketing

  • Secure new technical support contracts with weekly and monthly goals

    • Maintenance Agreement Contracts

    • Service companies

    • Helpdesk Services

  • Also will have the service manager level 2 responsibilities

  • Other duties assigned

Requirements:

  • Computer with High Speed Internet Access

  • Willing to sign a non disclosure/compete document

  • Professional and reliable

  • Good communicator, organized, and great customer service skills

  • Able to work good with others

  • Excellent written and verbal skills

  • Accepting and scheduling all work with weekly and monthly goals to be expressed prior

  • Weekly and monthly reports on status of areas managed

  • High School diploma

Compensation: $7800/yr plus commission and bonuses ($40k plus per year average)

This is a W9 Position
