Job
Description:
The Account
Manager is
responsible for
signing up new
contracts and
companies in the
areas
serviceable by
the company.
Responsibilities:

Find new
leads and
process them
-
Support
techs and
clients to
ensure
successful
service
-
Develop
documentation
to teach
staff on how
to service
new clients
-
Assist with
marketing
-
Secure new
technical
support
contracts
with weekly
and monthly
goals
-
Also will
have the
service
manager
level 2
responsibilities

Compensation:
$7800/yr plus
commission and
bonuses ($40k
plus per year
average)
